To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Social Media Integration

When connecting social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), you:

• Grant us permission to post content on your behalf
• Confirm you have authority to manage those accounts
• Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
• Can revoke access at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• HeyGen (AI video generation)
• Submagic (video captions)
• Claude AI (content generation)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSILVANIA MARKETING SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transilvania Marketing SRL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
