Your Right to Data Deletion
Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. BRAIN App is committed to protecting your privacy and making data deletion easy.
What Data We Store
When you use BRAIN App, we may store:
- Account Information: Email, name, profile picture
- Social Media Tokens: Encrypted access tokens for connected accounts
- Content: Posts, videos, scripts you created
- Analytics: Usage statistics and preferences
- Brand Data: Brand profiles and settings
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Log in to your BRAIN App account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
This will immediately delete all your data.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to:
privacy@transilvaniamarketing.ro
Include in your email:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Email address associated with your account
- Any additional identification if needed
We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 3: Facebook/Instagram Settings
You can also revoke BRAIN App access directly from:
- Facebook:Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Find "Brain Transilvania Marketing" → Remove
- Instagram:Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Active → Find "Brain Transilvania Marketing" → Remove
This revokes our access but doesn't delete data already stored. For complete deletion, use Options 1 or 2.
What Happens After Deletion
- All your personal data is permanently deleted
- Connected social media tokens are revoked and deleted
- Your content (posts, videos, scripts) is deleted
- Analytics data associated with your account is deleted
- Backup data is purged within 30 days
Note: Content already published to social media platforms remains on those platforms. You need to delete it directly from Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain information as required by law:
- Transaction records (for tax purposes) - up to 10 years
- Legal dispute data - until resolved
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics (not personally identifiable)
Processing Time
Standard: Within 30 days of request
In-App: Immediate (most data)
Backups: Purged within 30 days
